Our company I Masini Srl is based in Italy, it was founded in 2017 after a generation shift from the Tipico srl which remains the mother company with over 50 years of experience in the field of Savoiardi (ladyfingers) production. We have now a wide range of products that includes all the peculiarity of our wonderful land: Sardinia. Our motto is "being simple is extraordinary", we believe authenticity, simplicity and passion are the right ingredients to raise awareness for our products all over the world. We have forged close partnerships with numerous retails, wholesalers, distributors, importers around the globe, and we have gained their trust and recognition for our product quality, production capacity, and customer service. We also sell private label products for our clients and we also sell to Tiramisu industries. We are certified IFS on "Higher level" and Halal, we have our internal quality department which does daily analyses to our products. Our Savoiardi are the original Italian biscuits to make tiramisu. Our Savoiardone is only made of three ingredients: eggs, sugar, and flour. The peculiarity are the oversize size, their extraordinarily soft consistency, and the important presence of eggs at least 45%. Gambero Rosso classified Savoiardi Sardi as the best ladyfingers to make tiramisu and charlotte, they are also delicious dipped into coffee, tea, or milk.Our lines also include Pane Carasau and Pane Guttiau (typical Sardinian crispy flatbread), Fregula and Malloreddus (typical bronze drawn pasta) and Panadas (typical savoury pies made with meat or vegetables).
